  • Shipping

Because everything is handmade in NYC, please allow 1-2 weeks before your order ships out to you. We will inform you if the turnaround time will be longer.

Timelines for any custom work will be addressed during the design process.

 

  • How to care for your LinaNoel jewelry

Brass / Silver

Store jewelry in a clean, dry place. Remove before showering and swimming. To keep it looking its best, use soft polishing cloth to clean your jewelry at least once every two weeks.

  • Returns/ Exchanges
All items are non-refundable. You may request an exchange within 14 days. Please email info@linanoel.com to start the exchange process.

To be eligible for an exchange, item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.  

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless there was damage or an error on our end.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly suggest you use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any items that do not arrive to us.
