All items are non-refundable. You may request an exchange before 14 days. Please email info@linanoel.com to start the exchange process.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we highly suggest you use a shipping service with tracking or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any items that do not arrive to us.
